Vocalize with Ease Students vocally and physically trace each arrow in numerical order to vocalize on the vowel sounds following the arrow’s direction (up, down and repeating straight across.) End the exercise when your finger arrives at the point of the arrow. You can vary the exercise by tracing the arrows slowly and quickly. This song makes a great game to practice singing and reading pitches sol, la and mi. The song is written on the music staff and coordinates with Boomwhacker colors!
