Moonlight Math Resources

This is an interactive Google Slides activity for students to understand how to represent an equation using a hanger diagram. Students use tile pieces to create diagrams given an equation and write an equation given a hanger diagram. I use this activity to support the Illustrative Mathematics curriculum. Included are student slides, answer key, and extra editable templates (so you can create more problems if you want).

In order to help my students organize their warm ups and complete them, I created this weekly warm up worksheet which I can collect and grade. Currently I am only graded one day at random when collected.

Fill this out for students who were absent. I fill out all form at the end of day and put in a designated location for students to pick up when they come back to class. You can also have another student fill it out for the absent student.
