This has worked like a charm. It keeps student accountable regarding what they have worked on/ learned during the week, as well as recording their habits. It is great for student reflection. It is also great to share with parents.

This communication log is fantastic. It has a good amount of space to write, take notes, and keep track of phone calls or emails home.
