This is my collection of 10 On Time Quizzes I created to have students complete as they enter into class. I use these each day and they are based on Integrated Algebra Regents test questions. I generally give each class from 5 to 8 minutes to complete each daily OTQ. I collect the OTQ after each day and grade them on a scale of 0 to 2 based on showing work and correctness.

This lab is an investigation of the diameter and circumference of circles. The goal with this lab to have the class discover the irrational number pi. Works great in small groups, individually, or with an entire class.

This 40 page document discusses angle theories and relationships with triangles. Some of the activities involved in this unit are rally coaches and mix and matches. Guided notes provided take students through relationships to prove triangle congruence with all different types of triangles. Lesson 4.8 goes through properties of coordinate geometry like reflections, rotations, and translations.

A great beginning or test review activity that could be adapted to any grade level. Students work with a partner silently and answer half of the questions and check the answers of the other half that their partner is responsible for. First couple teams finish usually receive something like an homework pass.

This is a 3 page assignment that gives students several equations and graphs for linear, quadratic, absolute value, and exponential functions. Students are required to sort out each type of graph based on either the equation or a picture.
