This can be used to track patterns and trends across sessions so that all instructors working with the student are aware of any changes the student is exhibiting. Good teachers use this to identify how they need to adapt their lesson(s) for future sessions with the target student.

Teaching style
Be flexible and adaptable. No one student is the same, so teach each student accordingly. Be firm yet compassionate and understanding. Smile, laugh, and remember that great understanding and development takes time. The brain can be rebuilt and trained with care and discipline. A winning team is collaborative and driven.
