Fun and simple guess the animal quiz - perfect as a starter to a lesson on anything animal related. Also good for simple reading practice and writing descriptions/creating clues. This can then be connected to a lesson on simple paragraph writing describing an animal, or going further - an information report.

A quiz that introduces/tests students' knowledge of some of the world's greatest landmarks/monuments. Ideal as a warmer or end to class with students playing in teams to guess the monuments/landmarks from the clues given.

Simple flag identification quiz - great as a class warmer before introducing such topics/events as International Day or fractions in flags.

Simple mad lib that allows the children to work on parts of speech before sharing a humorous letter with the class.
