Cut and laminate the two cards to the side and the behavior chart above. Use packing tape or velcro to attach the behavior chart to a desk or a clipboard. Use a whiteboard marker to mark off numbers as students earn them. The two additional cards are to nonverbally request a fidget toy or a break. I give the student 30 seconds without maladaptive behaviors between each check mark. As students perform less behaviors, the time the time can be adjusted.
