Included is a fully editable student led conferences letter and sign up sheet. Since it is a pain to rewrite conference letters each time they roll around, I use the same letter, but edit the dates and times! I use the sign up sheet not only to figure times that each parent can meet, but also as my own reference of the conference schedule. I've found this method particularly successful, but if its not exactly what you want, just remember that it is completely editable to your own conference
