I put this on my door this year when keeping track of how far a child got on math fact testing. I gave a one minute quiz and if they passed it I checked off that box for the student.
This file is editable-you can type in your students' names (up to 29-let me know if you need more) or you can print it and write in their names.
The file includes tracking for adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
I used this for my third grade class for their biographies. They had lots of books and had to find the items that are in the planning sheet. From this they made biographical article on construction paper. This sheet made it super easy!
I use this with my 3rd graders but you could use it at any grade. Students track what they read and what center they complete during literacy centers.

Experience
I substituted for 2 years, then I taught reading intervention for one year, 1st grade for one year, 5th grade and now 3rd grade.
Teaching style
I like for students to find their own answers. I have modeled my mentor by saying "Be a problem solver". Students find this very confusing. All too often they are told what to do all day, so when it comes to making their own decisions they confuse easily!
