Time Out -- Cool Down -- Rest Area -- Reflection Area -- PDF printable. This printable is made for sensory bottles or sparkle bottles. Picture instruction (shake, watch, go). When students are instructed for a "time out" they grab the sparkle bottle, shake it, watch the sparkle settle, and then re-enter the game/activity. Teaching Games for Understanding is a model of teaching that is highly recommended by research for physical education. However, most resources out there are geared toward elementary students.
