As far as I've seen, this is the only student data tracker to also track effort and include an effort scale and positive quote. How is that possible???! Why aren't we consistently reinforcing the relationship between effort and success?? Includes 2 Test Trackers to record Testing Date and Future Test Dates so students know exactly when the next exam is, Grades as either A, B, C, or F by 10s, and Effort on on a 10 scale with the corresponding key so students know exactly what a 1 through 10 look

Teaching style
I always want my students to understand the purpose of the lesson. If there is no relevance then it won't stick. I try to give them the why and connect to prior learning as much as possible. I am also very visual and have studied and created films, so I try to incorporate pictures and videos as much as I can.
