A chart to record and log assessments on number recognition (0-10) and counting (0-10). There is an additional column for jotting down notes, such as, 1-to-1 correspondence, personal counting strategies, use of references/resources, etc. Each chart has been created to assess one student over a period of time. It is helpful to document the progress of their learning; a very useful tool for reporting!
