This set of notes goes through two strategies to compare ratio tables. One strategy is by comparing unit rates of the tables and the other strategy is by comparing common values that both tables share. There are two examples included in these notes. The first example can be used for direct instruction, while the second example can be used for independent practice.

In this bundle, you will receive two sets of notes. One set is on the basics of integers (what is an integer, writing integers, comparing integers, ordering integers, plotting integers) and the other set is on absolute value. Each set contains a half sheet for direct instruction and another half sheet for independent practice. These half sheets make it perfect for interactive notebooks and will save paper and time at the copier!

These notes on completing ratio tables contains two parts. One part is for direct instruction to walk students through two different situations that can happen when completing ratio tables. In the first case, table values are used to multiply or divide to get missing values. In the second table, students have to simplify a row of values in order to figure out some of the missing values. The other part of the notes is for student practice based on the direct instruction.
