This product contains two sets of Google Slides on Adding/Subtracting Fractions. One set of slides is for teachers that includes answers and animations for you to go over the concept. The other set of slides is for students that allows them to follow along with the teacher slides and fill in the blank as you explain.

Students' prior knowledge is tapped into as they explore area of rectangles and relate it to the Distributive Property. They will see how the property works and how they can write equivalent expressions from it.
