Teaching style

When I was in elementary school, I would make lists of words that started and ended with the same letter because I thought that it might come in handy if my teacher ever asked about those kind of words... (Spoiler alert- no one ever did.) Can you say "word nerd"? My love of words and books led to a career in teaching with one masters in reading and another in educational leadership. I have taught all grades K-4 and have been living the dream as a reading interventionist working with students in grades K-5!
