One school year I had soooo many parents and students claiming that there was bullying going on, but it just simply was not the case. I made this resource specifically for that class and their parents. We did it together, color coding each as we went before cutting and gluing. Then I gave prizes for everyone who reviewed it at home with their parents and brought it back signed. We didn't have an issue after that!
There are 3 versions of this graphic organizer in this resource. The first is blank. The second has 2 rows of writing lines per box - leaving space for a picture. The third has each box full of writing lines with no space for a picture. The writing lines are your typical solid top-bottom, dashed middle, to help with handwriting.
