I made this resource to help make communication between home and teachers be easier and more effective. It held each party accountable (teacher, parent and student) and allowed there to be a way to track many behaviors specific to this child's needs. In addition it helped organize homework and assignments. Please feel free to adjust this template to suite your child's needs.

This rubric can be used to grade paragraphs and journal writing. I often cut the pieces apart and staple them onto student's work with a comment to help them improve their writing.

This is a 5 senses worksheet that could be used from grades 3-6. Teachers will easily be able to read the worksheet and put the lab together using materials they have around the house.

When an assignment is late we find ourselves having to write a note home in the agenda reminding the student/parent that it needs to be done. To save time, I wrote a FRIENDLY reminder that makes it quick and easy to remind students about those late assignments. I just print a few to have on hand, staple them in the agenda and fill in the details. It saves me time and it is clearly visible in the student's agenda. This quiz is meant to be complementary to your unit on atoms. It will allow you another opportunity to test your student's knowledge on the topic. I have provided a few useful resources in the quick overview on the first page and I have also included the correction guide to go with the quiz.

Count down to Christmas with these cute Christmas tickets. This package includes a list of suggested activities you could do each day as you count the days to Christmas but can be edited so you can add your very own activity ideas. Print them off and put them in a homemade advent calendar. Hide one a day and let the kids find it. Make the month of December a family/class fun filled month.
