I made this resource to help make communication between home and teachers be easier and more effective. It held each party accountable (teacher, parent and student) and allowed there to be a way to track many behaviors specific to this child's needs. In addition it helped organize homework and assignments. Please feel free to adjust this template to suite your child's needs.

When an assignment is late we find ourselves having to write a note home in the agenda reminding the student/parent that it needs to be done. To save time, I wrote a FRIENDLY reminder that makes it quick and easy to remind students about those late assignments. I just print a few to have on hand, staple them in the agenda and fill in the details. It saves me time and it is clearly visible in the student's agenda.
