This reviews all four operations with fractions, as well as dividing fractions word problems. This would be a good end of the year review prior to state testing or a final exam.

Group Work Thinking Stems

These are perfect for a classroom that is bursting with group work and activities. Put these either taped on your desks or in your group work baskets in the middle of the tables or desk. These are a great way to help students start conversations with peers and learn how to extend their knowledge with help from their group members. My students eventually memorized these questions and I would hear these conversations as a rotated the room. Such a good feeling!
