Currently, as the Assistant Director of Bands at Peachtree Charter Middle School in Atlanta, Georgia, I provide overall planning, general operations, and administration where I develop, organize and incorporate learning strategies for about 300 student musicians. I have successfully rehearsed and conducted chamber, symphonic, pep and concert ensembles at semester culminating concerts. I’ve coordinated and taught instructional group lessons, assisted in organizing out of state spring trip as well as chartered a Tri-M Music Honor Society chapter for Fine Arts Department. In addition to, I have also received all Superior ratings at Georgia Music Educators Association’s District IV and VI Large Group Performance Evaluations and have coordinated the association’s District IV High School Large Group Performance Evaluation. has had experience teaching on the middle, and elementary school level. In addition to that, she also has received satisfactory and exemplary evaluations from administrators, and colleagues alike. She has worked as a Freelance Clinician helping various band with a vast number of highly respected programs in the Metro Atlanta area. Aiding and assisting as a Master Clinician/Consultant in the preparation for the Georgia Music Educators Association Large Group Performance Evaluation, the ensembles’ performance always resulted in favorable marks.
