I have an undergraduate degree from Queen's University in Theatre, with a focus on musical theatre and movement. I went on to study arts based education, and am currently perusing my Masters of Education with a program focus in culture in education through arts based learning. I have been working as a primary French Immersion music educator for the past three years, and have worked in a homeroom setting, exploring music as a cross-curricular tool. I have also been teaching Life Skills Music for two years, and wrote my thesis using a performance based workshop to explore therapeutic theatre for students with disabilities.
