The Five Senses Poems
A set of five poems about each one of the five senses, with a short introductory poem, and another short conclusion. These poems are designed to be used with lessons on the five senses, as required in the Georgia Standard SKCS1a. They give the teacher a different way to approach a required subject that is designed to be simple enough for young children, fun, and contain beneficial information.
All the poems have been written by Nancy Bloom, a former kindergarten parapro.

Additional biographical information
I have raised three children of my own and included many, many additional children as a foster parent for ten years. I also worked for five years with a company called Character Lines, which presented educational and entertaining programs for young children.
