When I needed to prepare for an 8-week maternity leave, I was overwhelmed. I needed to really think about all the things a long-term sub would need to be successful. These Articulation forms have a place to indicate name, gender, birthday, academic levels, etc. in order to create heterogeneous or homogeneous groupings for next year. (There are 2 cards per page.) We used something like this each year at my school to generate classes by looking at reading levels and other factors. They are helpful to copy, fill out, cut out and line up in groupings. They are simple, but effective!

This is a letter requesting parent volunteers for classroom help. It is perfect for Elementary School! It has times/days at the bottom, that you can change to suit your own schedule. It has been translated into Spanish on the second page, for those of us who work in schools where we want all parents to be involved! It's all done for you, just change the days and times!
