Slope of a Line Bingo Game - Distance learning
This PowerPoint is a Bingo game in which students find the slope of a line and cross out the answers from their Bingo boards. Great for review or for practice! A Bingo game is one of the few activities when students ask me to give them more problems because they "almost have a Bingo!!!" May be used for distance learning. Have your students create their own Bongo boards (instructions included), start the slide show on your computer and share the screen with your students! To play the Slope Bingo

I have been teaching and tutoring math in total for over 18 years. I have been a classroom teacher for grades 7-11 for the last 14 years and am enjoying it immensely!
Teaching style
Math and teaching are both my passion. My teaching style is mostly teacher centered, but interactive, as I believe in engaging students in the learning process. In my teaching, I always stress understanding and encourage creative problem solving rather than “following the steps.” My motto in my classroom is: The more you use your brain, the more brain you'll have to use." When students ask me for help, I like to prompt them with questions to help them arrive at the answer on their own.
