About the store

Experience

I am a 5th grade teacher in Virginia, and a mom of two amazing little girls. Although 5th grade is my home, I have also taught both 3rd and 4th grade. My expertise is mainly in science and math as those two subjects are my absolute favorite!

My own education history

I was enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Program from 6th - 12th grade. I spent my freshman year of college at Longwood University studying Liberal Studies: Elementary Education. I transferred and finished my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies with a minor in Elementary Education and Biology at James Madison University. I continued my education and obtained my Master of Arts in Teaching from James Madison University as well. More recently, I finished the Administrative program at James Madison University and am certified to be a k-12 administrator.
