Teacher Performance Review that uses the idea of Webb's Depth of Knowledge to determine teacher performance. Each area of focus contains 4 items. Each item is evaluated based on the levels from "Inexperienced" to "Visionary". Point totals are given for each item in each evaluative area. If a teacher is "Visionary" in Instructional planning in all four areas, they would earn 20 points toward the total score, because each area is worth 5 points in the "Visionary" status.
