Teaching style

My teaching style centers on active, joyful music-making that helps students build confidence, creativity, and real musical skills through meaningful participation. I believe elementary music classrooms should be engaging, accessible, and filled with opportunities for movement, performance, collaboration, and creative exploration. My resources are designed to balance strong music literacy foundations with hands-on learning experiences that make music both fun and memorable.

My own education history

I bring a diverse educational background to my classroom and resource design, with formal training in music performance, music education, and human behavior. My academic background includes degrees in music and teaching, along with graduate study focused on educational practice and learner development. As a practicing elementary music educator, I combine strong musical foundations with real classroom experience to create engaging, meaningful resources that support both teachers and students.
