This is a 5-layer (page) noise level chart with a fun twist so that students will actually follow it. This is a superhero/secret agent twist so each student goes on a mission for whatever task you have them doing.

This is a game-changer I wish I would've done years ago! Student proficiency has increased greatly since allowing them to use this template! This student work template allows students to organize their work, find the least common denominator in the T chart, show the multiplication of the numerator and denominator by the same number, and then add and check if the answer needs to be simplified.
