About the store
I've been a school-based occupational therapist for 12 years and love every minute of it. I was always creating things to use for myself, my fellow OTs and teachers and I've finally decided to sell things here. I create printables to work on individual students' goals (cutting, copying, writing), and different activities such as word searches, crossword puzzles, and mazes to make those things more fun. I've created presentations with visual recipes to work on functional life skills as well as underlying skills with the tasks of scooping, mixing, measuring. Finally, I have created several systems for documentation over the years and I think I have perfected it whether you like digital documentation or printed and written.

Attendance cover page allows you to keep attendance on your students and also keep their important information from their IEP. Also has a POC section at the bottom to mark your therapeutic interventions and functional interventions. Next pages are for your data. Put them in a binder with the pages on the left and right so you can view it all at once. If it's not fitting on the pages correctly, change margins to .5". Printable OT schedule cards! I print these on cardstock paper (I fill out my name, email, and ext. first), cut them apart, then fill out the student's name and OT service time and give them to the students' teachers to keep. Then they have the student's service day and time as well as my information handy if they need to tell/ask me anything. OT receipt to give to parents
This is a quick to fill out receipt to send home with students to let parents know their child received OT services that day. I print this on colored paper like pink or yellow so that it's easily visible in the child's folder. Add your name and email address on both sides, print a stack and cut them in half (If it's not fitting on one page for you, change all your margins to .5"). My own education history
I received my Occupational Therapy Doctorate in 2011 and have been practicing ever since. School-Based Pediatrics is my passion and I love creating things for teachers and therapists to use to make their lives easier. I've also worked in geriatrics and love doing group activities with older adults.
