My teaching style is rooted in compassion, creativity, and real-world experience. Having been both a therapy patient and now an Occupational Therapy professional, I believe learning should be hands-on, meaningful, and empowering for every student and client.
I design my resources to promote functional learning, inclusion, and confidence-building, whether that means supporting fine motor development, sensory regulation, or adaptive life skills. Each activity and lesson I create is built on evidence-based practice and inspired by real therapy experiences in hospitals, home health, and dementia care settings.
I believe in meeting learners where they are—celebrating progress, not perfection—and helping them discover their strengths through engaging, goal-driven materials. My approach combines structure with creativity to make therapy and learning both impactful and enjoyable.
