20 questions that get progressively more difficult as the students work through the circuit. The questions cover simplifying and evaluating expressions, solving linear equations, solving absolute value equations, solving inequalities and compound inequalities, and solving absolute value inequalities. Students immediately check their work by finding their answer in the next box. They know they have completed the circuit fully and correctly when the last box brings them back to question #1. A
Are your students still struggling with the idea of a proof? Mine were too so I created this real life project. Students are assigned to create their own "real life" proof. They must choose a topic to debate. Once they have chosen this topic they are to create a two-column proof. The key is to get the students to understand that the reasons column is not to add more information, but to provide evidence for the statement.

Have your students demonstrate their understanding of transformations by drawing an object in the first quadrant, and then shifting, reflecting, and rotating that object in the other three quadrants.
ATTACHED IS ONLY THE DIRECTIONS AND RUBRIC. SEND ME A MESSAGE AND I WILL SEND YOU THE EXAMPLE FOR STUDENTS.
Multivariable - Calculus 3 test in the style of a MAML Math Meet. The test covers four rounds: 1. Tangent Planes (including approximation and total differentials) 2. Gradients and Directional Derivatives 3. Local Max and Min 4. Absolute Max and Min including Lagrange multipliers. There is also a team round that has questions from all four round categories. A score sheet is included if you would like to run the test like an actual math meet and students can be broken up into "teams" that

Chapter 8 Notes that match the chapter 8 in the Holt, Mcdougall, Larson, geometry textbook. Fill in the notes with your students as you work your way through Chapter 8 Similarity.
For every section of the Finney Demana Waits Kennedy Bressoud Calculus Textbook there is a problem for the students to complete. I use these as exit tickets every day. Also, with each section are the main objectives and a place for students to rate their understanding. You will receive the exit ticket blank copy and the answer key.
Use Geogebra to help your students get a better understanding of angle relationships, line properties, and angle types (alternate exterior, alternate interior, consecutive interior, corresponding)

Add a fun exciting game into your review of line properties and angle relationships. Work on parallel and perpendicular properties and alternate interior, alternate exterior, etc angle relationships.
Provide options for students to choose their final product in demonstrating their understanding of solving systems of equations!
