I’m Claudia, a second-year 5th grade teacher who is passionate about creating clear, standards-aligned resources that actually work in real classrooms. Teaching fifth grade has shown me how important it is to break down complex skills into student-friendly steps and provide meaningful practice.

Teaching style
My teaching style emphasizes student ownership and responsibility. Students are encouraged to advocate for themselves, ask questions, and take an active role in their learning. I provide clear expectations and support so students can build confidence and independence.
My own education history
I hold an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I am currently midway through my Master’s program in Mental Health and Wellness, with an emphasis in grief and bereavement!
