About the store
My road to education may be very different from others. My first career choice and Bachelor's degree is in Business Marketing. After having kids and being blessed to stay home with them for several years, I decided to go back to school for education. I knew once I made this decision that this was what I was meant to do, it just took me longer to figure this out. I have now been teaching for 8 years, after being a paraprofessional for 4 years. I taught 5th grade for 1 year and have been lucky enough to stay in 3rd grade for the past 7 years.

QR CODE Subtraction with Regrouping Task Cards
This is a set of subtraction task cards with regrouping. This set includes 24 problems that are both 2 digit and 3 digit. One set has a QR code for students to check their own answer. I love to do this as a class activity. I cut up the task cards and place them all over the room. I have the students work 3 or 4 problems and then they are allowed to go back and check to see if they got the problem correct. My teaching style is inspired by my students. I love to incorporate technology in my room as well as old school pencil and paper. I continue to change how I teach to adapt to my students needs. I love to create new resources so they are specific to my class.

I have been happily married for 22 years. I have 2 boys. One in high school and now one in college. I have one amazing Goldendoodle dog named Maddison. I love taking photos, creating educational resources, and spending time on a beach at least once a year.
