I send this home at the beginning of the semester and with the meeting notice, so parents have time to consider their student's IEP. Many parents have appreciated having this and become very active participants in the meeting because they've had time to think about what will be discussed. Useful to keep the meeting moving, also. Downloadable Document can be adapted to fit your needs. Print this off and add page numbers to point parents to the most important information in a printed IEP (Individualized Education Plan), since the full document can be quite intimidating!
