I needed help organizing my lesson plans for my 5 Leveled Reading groups so I developed a grid template. It is in Word so you can easily edit it . . I have done so myself 3 times this year as I have added and changed things. Such a time saver. Even though I have 5 groups 2 of them are on the same lesson/leveled reader so I only have 4 rows in my template.

DAILY 5 & CAFE HEADERS – SIMPLE FORMAT These are clear and simple with either no borders or basic borders. This year I am changing my color scheme to green and yellow – so I printed the large CAFE letters off on Bright Yellow Cardstock, cut them out, then will let the student’s glue all sizes of green dots onto them to help decorate our class CAFE Menu signs. This will coordinate with the individual “Mini Menu” in their Reading “Semi-Interactive” Folder. The templates were made in Word so
