Welcome! My name is Courtney Jenkins, and I am proud to hold dual certification in both general education and special education for grades K-6. With 2.5 years of experience as a 3rd-grade teacher and nearly 8 years dedicated to teaching in a self-contained special education classroom, I have developed a deep passion for fostering an inclusive learning environment. 1st Grade Math Morning Work
This is a 16 page smart board math lesson for first grade. I use this for my students morning work. I would do a page a day, the students would work the problems in their math journals and we would go over the answers before we started math for that day. I would call students to the board and have them work the problem out on the board and explain how they got their answer to the class.
