Welcome! My name is Courtney Jenkins, and I am proud to hold dual certification in both general education and special education for grades K-6. With 2.5 years of experience as a 3rd-grade teacher and nearly 8 years dedicated to teaching in a self-contained special education classroom, I have developed a deep passion for fostering an inclusive learning environment. I am committed to supporting students with various exceptionalities, and I find great fulfillment in helping each child reach their unique potential. ***UPDATED***This is a behavior calendar set up for each month of the school year. This goes with the color chart system (purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red). Each month has a legend with numbers 1-11 and what each number represents, so the teacher can just put a number on the day the student goes home on yellow, orange, or red. For example, 1= I was out of my seat, 2=I was talking out of turn, etc. This saves space for having to explain to parents as to why their child was on yellow,
