I created this resource to help my 6th graders understand how to use operations with decimals in real life. The problems are based off a real event (softball tournament) so it's absolutely applicable to life! This activities ties in 6.NS.3 as well as reviews how to write equations, in preparations for 6.EE.7 (new Utah math standards). This resource includes the menu (full page and half page) and 2 worksheets with word problems using the menu. The 1st worksheet is adding and subtracting decimals

Help your students learn and practice their next number fluency and counting to 100! These are about 3.5 x 2 sized cards, so great for small groups, pairs, or individual practice.

This worksheet gives students the formulas to find the area of triangles, quadrilaterals, and other polygons. It goes along with the 6th grade math standard 6.G.1.

This was created to help my 1st grade practice their adding fluency as well as understanding place value of ones and tens. The adding is only adding up to 20. One side is formatted to be like 12 + 2 = 10 + 4. The other side is vertical addition with place value blocks for help.

This is a great quiz to give students who just covered dividing fractions and modeling measurement and partitive fraction division. This goes well with Eureka Math 6th Grade Module 2, Lessons 1-8. It is multiple choice so an easy resource to grade or upload to programs like Mastery Connect!

This worksheet goes along with learning about positive and negative numbers, graphing in all 4 quadrants, finding the distance of line segments, finding the perimeter of a shape on a graph, and finding the area of a shape on a graph. Answer key included.

I use this writing template to help my students write their informative writing outline and rough draft. I have them use the checklist when they are done typing their final drafts.

These 10 frames and number cards are great for helping pre-k through 1st graders to count to 10 and 20, while learning about groups of 10 and practicing their number identification fluency.
