I have taught general education students and students with learning disabilities in grades 1-5, as well K-3 students with significant cognitive disabilities. I have taught all elementary subject areas and am currently working as an Exceptional Student Education Specialist.

This word document is an easy way for you to keep track of your students' IEP goal progress, and is a wonderful tool to share with the IEP team members at your annual meetings! I have left the form editable so that you can copy and paste their IEP goals into the top and choose to type or hand-write the outcomes as you work with each student. I used this form for students with cognitive impairments, but it can easily be adapted for students of any ability.

I earned my Associates Degree in Elementary Education from Broward College, my BA in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University, and received my MS in Educational Leadership from Barry University.
