"What's in the Box?" is an improvisation/movement exercise that challenges students to follow a prompt to carry a box from one location to another in front of a class. The goal is to carry the box in such a fashion that the class correctly deduces what the prompt stated. The file includes forty prompts that require the students to use all five senses to demonstrate the prompted suggestion.
