About the store
I am currently 29 years old. This is my ninth year teaching high school mathematics. I have taught a little bit of everything (Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Pre-AP Algebra 2, AP Calculus BC, MATH 150). This year I primarily teach Pre-AP Pre-Calculus, Algebra 2, and AP Statistics. I have enjoyed all my courses, but I have really fallen in love with these. I have taught in Spain for a short time before returning to the states. I graduated from Western Kentucky University. I have also earned a Master's Degree in Mathematics.

This product contains slides/graphics of the AP Calculus Standards from the updated course framework (2019). The Learning targets were adapted from the AP Course Description and are stated in “I Can” statements with reference to their topic, unit, and reference number listed on the slide. These could be projected daily or placed on the board for students to use and reference.

Teaching style
I want to inspire kids to love math, and I enjoy incorporating fun games and activities into a subject that is mostly a sit and lecture environment. I don't achieve fun and exciting every day, but I try. I would love to help others try. My undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University focussed on problem based units and really teaching kids to think not just to do.
