I saw an activity posted on Pinterest by MathCoachsCorner and I tweaked it to work for St. Patrick's Day. You print the picture of the leprechaun and place it in a box lid or a basket. Give the students a target number or coins or tokens. Place the coins in the lid as well and instruct students to shake the lid GENTLY.
