This is a graphic organizer for the states of matter. This can be used as a quick assessment at the end of a unit or the beginning to see what the students know. I used it as a place for the students to take notes on throughout the unit. There is a place for the students to write facts on the states of matter, examples, sketch the molecules and write down what processes cause change ALL on one piece of paper!
This includes one Spanish synonym and one Spanish antonym page. There are many ways to use this worksheet and it's also very easy to differentiate. I use these worksheets two different ways, usually as a quick center.

There is a place for students to write facts about the various states, examples, write the process that changes them and draw a diagram of the molecules ALL on one sheet of paper!
Quick way to check homework! I print and make copies to have for a few weeks. I, or you could have a student, either put a check if complete, a dash if it is incomplete and a O for no homework. If they bring in the homework another day I just put a check in the middle of the O. Only one sheet of paper that records what homework students do complete for two weeks.
