This is an SPHE/ Wellbeing/ Mindfulness lesson which can be used with all levels in primary/ elementary school. Through discussion, guided discovery, self reflection and meditation, the pupils will learn how they can have a "kind mind" towards themselves, especially when they faced with a challenge. This activity is designed to be used with the "Kind Mind" lesson plan which is available on my TpT page. I hope you enjoy this lesson and can use it with the pupils in your class.
