I created this lesson plan when I taught Kindergarten. They LOVED the interactive aspects of the story and especially loved doing the craft at the end. I like doing a craft at the end of a lesson because the kids think they are making art, which is true, but you can assess the skills they were just taught by how they complete the activity.
