Student Information Form & Me Bag Activity
This packet includes a two-page Getting to Know Your Child: Information Form and five options for Me Bag tags (one for each day of the school week).
Simply print, staple, and send home the information form during the first week of school. Then, print and cut apart the Me Bag tags to staple to the front of a lunch-sized paper bag for each child. Students can decorate their bags if they wish and fill them with special items to share with the class. This

Teaching style
My passion lies in integrating technology as a means to supporting curricular goals. I believe that learning should extend beyond the four walls of the classroom and I try my best to practice what I teach!
