Here is a super simple activity for beginning counting. Students will roll a single die, count the dots, and color the matching number. I hope your students enjoy this activity! This activity is aligned with Common Core Standard K.CC.4 (Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.) Have fun learning!

Number Mats for Math Stations These Number Mats will put a fun twist on learning numbers and number words! Just print each mat onto cardstock and laminate each one. Students will use a dry erase marker to trace and circle each number. Then, they will build each number and number word using Play-Doh or Wikki Sticks. There is one mat for each number 0-20. Let your little ghosts and goblins practice their counting skills with this count and clip math center. Students will count the objects and clip a clothes pin on the correct number.
