The activity is a scavenger hunt that practices the locations in the school while also exposing kids to forms of ir and estar. Interrogatives are notoriously difficult for students to internalize. I had good success showing that they already KNEW the words based on many questions that novice learners start with as part of their first phrases.
I created a SMART presentation where the questions they know are hidden and you display them after given students an opportunity to show themselves what they already know.
It currently shows Spanish questions and English translations, but is completely editable!
Three simple templates with attractive backgrounds for students to come to the SMARTboard and practice their proficiency with punctuation/accent/tilde use. Uses basic beginner phrases.
