A First, Until, Then Board is a visual tool that helps students understand and follow a sequence of activities. It clearly shows what needs to be done first, what they must do until that step is complete, and what comes next (often a preferred activity or reward). This structured approach can reduce anxiety, support transitions, and promote independence in completing tasks.
