About the store

Experience

I have been teaching for the last 9 years. My students are at risk students who are having difficulty passing a standardize test. With my expertise in analyzing data I am able to monitor students' progress and help them pass the test.

Teaching style

I am a very visual person. I love teaching using real world applications. My greatest contribution to education has been altering the attitude of students that are petrified and disengaged in math. It’s a daily struggle to encourage the students to become risk takers when it comes to learning math. When the students enter into my classroom with the “detestation of math” in their hearts and minds, I quickly turn my class room into a risk-free environment and nurturing atmosphere. I have the power to change a child’s life forever by providing them with the motivation and quality instruction needed to be competent in math .

I received my bachelor in Education in May 2009 Masters in Curriculum and Instruction January 2011 Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction May 2012
